About

ningyo editions

ningyo editions evolved from a belief that art makes great strides through intensive, open-ended collaboration and a dialogue with local and regional artists and curators.  Our mission is to foment artistic communication primarily through editions, multiples and unique prints, as well guest curatorial projects and proposals,  creating a space for the collusion of ideas among artists, collectors and a diverse community of viewers and participants.

Though – to an extent – we rely partially upon the strengths of time-tested printmaking techniques, the multiples at ningyo stretch the boundaries of traditional methods to include unconventional printing methods and varied editions.  As ningyo editions was conceived as a space where collaboration among artists should be accessible to many, and we invite you to join the conversation.
